How do I track my order?
Open Account → My Orders → tap your order. You'll see the latest status. We'll also push you a notification at every status change if you've enabled them.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — while it's still pending or being confirmed by the restaurant. Once preparation starts, contact the restaurant directly (their number is on the order).
How long do refunds take?
Refunds for paid + cancelled orders are processed within 7 working days. We'll email you when the refund is on its way.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit + debit cards through our secure payment provider. Your card details are never stored on Laziz servers.
How do I delete my account or download my data?
Account → Profile → scroll to the bottom. You can request a JSON copy of your data (emailed to you) or delete your account (30-day grace period before permanent anonymisation).
I have allergies — how do I tell the restaurant?
Add a note to the specific item in your cart. The kitchen sees it on their screen and the printed receipt. For severe allergies, also call the restaurant directly to confirm.
