This is the structural skeleton of our policy. Final legal text is being drafted by our UAE-licensed legal counsel and will replace this content before public launch. If anything here conflicts with our practice, our actual practice — described in your account settings, the order receipts, and our support replies — governs.

Laziz collects only what's needed to run the platform: phone number to sign you in, email (optional) for receipts, delivery address per order, and the order itself. We don't sell your data.

Data we hold

Phone number — required, your sign-in identity
Email + name — optional
Delivery address — only on the order it belongs to
Order history, wheel rewards, loyalty status
Payment-card details are NOT held by Laziz; they live with our payment processor

Your rights

Export your data (JSON file emailed to you) — available in account settings
Delete your account — soft-deleted with a 30-day grace period, then anonymised
Update your name, email, language, birthday at any time
Opt out of push notifications from your account settings or browser
