5. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as necessary and only with the following recipients:

We never share your personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for their own marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet our legal obligations. The applicable periods are:
- Active account data: retained while your account is active. If you request account deletion via your profile, we apply a 30-day recovery window during which you may restore your account by contacting support@laziz.ae. After day 30 we permanently anonymise your personal identifiers (name, email, phone, delivery addresses) in line with PDPL Article 12.
- Order, invoice, and payment records: retained for 5 years from the date of the transaction in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority record-keeping requirements (VAT Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017) and UAE commercial law. After anonymisation, these records cannot be linked back to your identity but remain for tax purposes.
- Marketing consent records: retained until you withdraw consent. We keep the record of withdrawal itself as long as needed to honour your choice.
- Support communications: retained for 24 months from the date the ticket is resolved, then deleted, unless a longer period is required to resolve an ongoing dispute or comply with law.
- Log and security data: retained for 12 months for fraud detection and security monitoring.

To exercise any of these rights, contact info@laziz.ae. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request.
8. Data Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. These include:
- Encryption of all data in transit using TLS, enforced via HTTP Strict Transport Security at our edge.
