This is the structural skeleton of our policy. Final legal text is being drafted by our UAE-licensed legal counsel and will replace this content before public launch. If anything here conflicts with our practice, our actual practice — described in your account settings, the order receipts, and our support replies — governs.
By using Laziz you agree to order responsibly, pay for what you order, and respect the restaurants on the platform. We agree to deliver — directly from those restaurants — at real menu prices, with no aggregator markup.
Your account
- One account per phone number
- Keep your password (if set) confidential
- We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or to circumvent platform rules
Orders + cancellations
- Once placed, an order can be cancelled while in PENDING or CONFIRMED state
- After PREPARING starts, contact the restaurant directly (their number is on the order)
- Refunds for paid + cancelled orders are processed within 7 working days
Wheel + loyalty
- Spin rewards expire if not claimed within their TTL — they return to the wheel
- Loyalty status pauses if no order in 7 days; resumes immediately on the next order
- We reserve the right to invalidate rewards obtained via fraud or platform abuse
Liability
- Laziz is the technology platform; the restaurant is the seller of record for the food
- Allergies, dietary restrictions: include them in the order notes, and confirm with the restaurant for severe cases
